Steam boiler not turning on
Please help. Cold house it's 5 years old and water level good natural gas is good. I did notice the vents not opening for some reason?

There are several safety devices that can prevent the boiler from firing. If you're not familiar with them you should probably call a local professional.
Which vents are you referring to?

Sorry a little more info the nature gas steam boiler Burham us boiler in6i with same age vent model # GVD 6

Ahh you are referring to the flue damper. That does contain one of the safeties but there are others. Where are you located?
