hello all, I have a Lochinvar Knight KB150 gas fired boiler, was here when I moved in, I had a pipe burst and soaked my boiler resulting in both boards being smoked. I replaced both control boards, boiler fired right up and pumps hot water, domestic first, which is fine, I have 3 heating zones, all zones are set to 68 and only getting 63-65 max reading on new thermostats. I’m new to these smart boilers, but don’t understand why it’s not satisfying the call for 68 degrees and only gets 63-65? I have bread from registers and at boiler on return side. This was running fine before the boards swap out! Any help would be greatly appreciated.

You probably don’t have all the parameters set properly.

The I/O manual details how to do it, but you may need a qualified technician on site.

If you read through the manual you can customize the settings.

You can set the control to factory default settings, the manual shows those deault settings. On the default settings it should run up to 180° I believe.

The manual is online if you do not have a hard copy.

More than likely the outdoor reset curve and/or the automatic limit need adjustment. But without knowing the type of heat emitters that you have, we can’t tell you what to set them at. A radiant slab should not be set above 110* while fin tube baseboards probably need 180* max.
