I drew up this diagram for my home heating system. The plan is run the wood boiler year round for hot water production, and in floor radiant heat in the winter. Would this system work? Any advice on changes?

Use circulators with built in check valves, or use separate checks down stream of both circs.
Different piping on 3 way valves. Most thermostatic are a tee shape with mix out the bottom port.
Just be sure you pump away from the mixed port, regardless of the valve configuration.
Usually you see H, C and M or A,B and AB on the valve connections.
