I went to start up a roof top unit where the sheet metal contractor was just "finishing up". This was a side discharge no roof curb. He had reversed the ductwork.
The ductwork had already been insulated on the exterior with mastic and everything.
He asked me if I could "reverse the fan".
They needed the unit it was hot out so we ran it a day or two the way it was until sheet metal got fixed. an expensive mistake.

Is it a new furnace? If it has an ECM blower motor, it should learn rotation.

@Ironman is right, centrifugal blowers literally cannot blow backwards. They might not work as good, and might be loud in the wrong direction, but it'll still blow outwards.
Single pipe 392sqft system with an EG-40 rated for 325sqft and it's silent and balanced at all times.

According to Goodman you have a downflow furnace, so if you are using this in an upflow application you have the wrong furnace. If so check with Goodman to see if you can swap it to an upflow, some manufacturers let you do that, many do not.
