Boiler heat

I recently bought a home with a boiler and radiators for heat. I’ve been having trouble keeping the house as warm as I’d like. I’ve bled all of the radiators, the high and low limits on the aquastat are 180 and 150 and the pressure is good. The thermostat is in a room with the two radiators that are closest to the boiler so they heat up quicker than the rest of the radiators in the house. The room with the thermostat is comfortable but the rest of the house is colder. Am I right in thinking that I need to move the thermostat to a different area?

Try throttling down the valves on the radiators closest to the thermostat.

I’m assuming that you have standing cast iron radiators.
