Hi guys, wondering if there is any recalibration and maintenance procedures in a PDF somewhere for the CT400. I know the tool is obsolete but I can find identical parts on my own such as orings, seals, etc online. I’m handy in that aspect.

just wanted to know how to reset the counter and if there is any shop manual with parts list and diagrams.

    here is the manual

I think it needs to go to a Rigid service center for recalibration

I had one of those where I worked . It was the first PP gun we ever bought. Must have been around 2002?

It was heavy and big (especially when crimping 2 1/2"-4" and tough to get in tight spaces and no batteries to fool with. When it crimped it was a no doubt crimp. I liked it for that reason. No grunting like the battery tools.

My guess would be Ridgid won't provide you the info you need to reset the machine. If you bring it in they may tell you to buy a new one.
