    I'm thinking you might want to check the flame signal when it is running, and see how it is. You also might want to check your exhaust system for any obstructions.

    As a side note: If I went out on a job and did not know what I was doing, and didn't bring proper equipment, I would not charge for the call. But that's me, and probably why I didn't retire rich.
