Quality condensor fan motor

Hello all,
Im looking for a well built long lasting condensor fan motor. I've replaced it about 6 year ago and the plastic bushing inside has worn down and allowed the rotor to rub against the case to the point where it stopped rotating. The original seemed to last a lot longer.
Thanks In advance

This is what I put in my unit back in 2017 so I could run a fan controller. It sure seems to take the abuse of running slow. It's ball bearing and I believe there's plenty of power, rpm etc variations available.
It's a 70C rated ball bearing AO Smith / Century motor.

Single pipe 392sqft system with an EG-40 rated for 325sqft and it's silent and balanced at all times.

If you have a lot of start stops, that’s probably what’s killing that motor0
