Fujitsu hp expert/contractor rec for retro-commissioning

Hey, does anyone have a Fujitsu contractor to recommend in the Boston/South Shore area? I have a ~1 year old mini-split system that's underperforming and I've been ghosted by the installer (thanks, MassSave!).

Heating season is pretty much over, so it's no longer a rush, but there are 4 wall-mount heads on 1 outdoor unit. The largest head doesn't heat the space it's in and it was intended to heat the entire floor. I already added baseboard heat as a quick fix. The house was insulated by Mass Save prior to starting the project. The installer played dumb about permits (so there are none) and Mass Save has no requirements for them.

The space is tenant occupied so I don't know how much of it is/was user error, or if it is primarily poor planning/install; the one time someone came out from the installer, I was told "nothing is wrong with the system", but I wasn't there to see what was done/checked; I did notice there is a 30 amp breaker installed when the outdoor unit says 31.5 amp minimum; I did reset the breaker and restart the system with no noticeable change in performance (per the tenant); I'd thought about doing a temperature correction to boost the set point (tenant maxes it out at like 88 degrees to try and get it to heat), but haven't yet; hoping to not just throw money at it (add remote t-stats?), but interested in improving things or at least knowing whether it's equipment, install or user that's the problem. Thx!

Fujitsu XLTH outside model number: AOU36RLXFZH
(1) - ASUH15LPAS 1st floor (roughly 720sf)
(1) - ASUH9LPAS in basement (roughly 300sf)
(2) - ASUH07LPAS in upstairs bedrooms (roughly 360sf ea)

I have not contacted Fujitsu. I wasn't sure if they would deal directly with consumers, but also it would require me to do all the troubleshooting. If you contacted them, what would be your first question?

Yes, about 340sf. I think the idea was maybe the door could be left open to the unheated side on occasion (where the work bench is), but yeah, the 15k upstairs isn't adequately heating the 300+ SF it's directly in. I didn't do the sizing, but did have several similar ballpark quotes/proposals.

As soon as you said one head was meant to heat the whole floor, I know it is not designed properly. I'm sure its doing all it can, it will just never heat the space adequately.

Keep in mind that fan has to be in auto or highest speed to get max output. I go on lots of calls like this and the fan is in lowest speed. They usually say they don't like feeling or hearing the fan. That limits the output tremendously
