Ways to Tamper-Proof 4" Outside Sewerline cleanout cap
Just had a new sewer line installed and am looking for a way to tamper-proof the outside 4" cleanout cap—maybe a light dab of caulking—not heavy glue to make it super hard to open which would defeat its purpose. It comes off at a 90º angle from the sewer line 6' below and is above the ground about 6".

Would your would-be-tamperers have a wrench with them?
What is the thing that you fear they are going to try to do?

I had always assumed these would be threaded but apparently they're just fitted on and lift right off. It's in a high traffic area where a lot of kids play around so I thought it might be tempting to the curious.

No-hub coupling & hard cast iron cap. They'd need tools to get it off.

Teenagers & drunkards outside the pubs will try to kick pipes off the wall, but aren't Hellbent on sabotaging your sewer line . Can you show us a picture? Mad Dog
