Wanted to use other tapping as well and keep it all 3" but was going to do more damage backing it out. Mad Dog

Yes...Unlike most installers, I like to do every boiler a little different. When I have a system with a lot of banging & Wet Steam, I go as HIGH as possible to roll it around & dry it out. Mad Dog

Yes..it is made by WM...vg boiler with 3" Tappings which is nice. Mad Dog

Trying to squeeze the best out of a Weil-McLain JB-5 running a 1912 1 pipe system.1 -
Its hard to see, but there is an 1 1/4" counter flow radiator branch that disappears in to a bad corner. I didn't want issues with it, so I dripped it. Mad Dog

Love the high header. How did you find this job? System must have had bad symptoms for HO to seek a solution after just 1 year.
