First step is to know the Heat loss of the building. A professional that sells new heating equipment should be able to get that done for you. If this is a DIY job, then you will need to understand the basics of heat loss and get a room by room load calculation from someone that does this for a living. or try your luck on some of the less accurate online load calculators like https://builditsolar.com/References/Calculators/HeatLoss/HeatLoss.htm . These only do the whole house and will not offer you the amount of radiator needed for each room.

…and we charge extra for Typos 🤣🤣🤣 because filling your radiators with hydraulic oil is messy and does not transfer heat as well as water does. 🤣🤣🤣

After you make that expensive repair and you still have the same problem, What will you check next?

There’s a fair amount of engineering in what you’re asking. As Ed mentioned, the first step is doing an accurate Manual J heat loss calculation. That’s the foundation for everything.

From that, radiator sizing, boiler selection, piping strategy and sizing, pump and control selection are determined.

There may still be a few supply houses that offer that service, but they’re getting few and far between. Most won’t work with or sell to homeowners.

There may still be some on this site that will do it if you’re willing to pay for their services.

Try re-posting with a heading like “Looking for Hydronic System Design Help”.
