When a rollout switch trips it is an indication that you have a blockage somewhere between the burner flame and the end of the exhaust pipe. That could be the combustion fan is not turning as fast as it should, or there could be a bird's nest in the vent pipe (intake or exhaust) the secondary heat exchanger may be blocked with carbon or calcium carbonate buildup. There may also be a blockage in one of the main burner heat exchanger primary pipes. Look for the blockage and clear it, to get the rollout switches to stop doing their job.
The condensate leak may mean that there is water in the secondary heat exchanger that is not draining. Check the condensate trap for a blockage.

After you make that expensive repair and you still have the same problem, What will you check next?

Bryant had a class action suit where their HX's would rust closed. Tripping rollout is indicative.
You may get a HX for free.
