Heat pump one cold room
The main & largest room is 217 sq ft. It stays about 2 degrees colder then all other rooms. Entire house is 773 sq ft.
In the main room there is a ceiling fan hanging right below the vent in the center of room. If I turn the ceiling fan on, blowing down, then the entire room is about 3 degrees warmer. I dont know if it is just spreading the heat around, or pulling heat from the vent. The fan being on does not noticeably lower the temperature in other rooms.
In diagram the 1st two vents from the AHU have been closed quite a bit. The bath room vent was also closed some.
My problem is when sitting in the main room, even though it is 3 degrees warmer, it feels colder because of the breeze from the fan. However, if I turn off the fan, that room becomes 3 degrees colder.
How do I get it warmer in that room w\o using the ceiling fan?

they don’t make a small enough unit for that.
