Checklist for cold radiator?
Friend's house.
All rads warm except one Cold radiator 2nd floor.
I removed vent and was able to blow through it.
What next? Common culprits?

the closed valve at the other end of the rad,
the sagged pipe in the floor /basement holding a pool of condensate that steam can't push thru,
the abandoned, disconnected riser / lateral,
all the other rads having too large / fast a vent on them not leaving any steam left for this rad,
aliens,
is this rad furthest from the boiler?

@neilc has got most of the causes listed…. knowing the source of this questions I'm inclined to think it is ALIENS!
