WM97+ 155 Low Flame Signal
At my wits end. I have a WM97+ 155 limping along in the cold winter outside Boston. House only gets up to about 61 degrees, hot water is exhausted very quickly. Issue came up suddenly. Heat was working through Dec and most of Jan. System & house is only 9 years old.
Running diagnostics shows the boiler has a low flame signal. Flame signal sits around 140, sometimes hitting 144 or even 148. Since it doesn't hit >150 within 5 seconds of ignition, the boiler short cycles and immediately shuts down (postpurge, modulation, prepurge then attempts ignition again).
Multiple plumbers failed to fix. We have checked the exhaust pipe and can see clearly all the way to the boiler. Replaced the burner gasket, burner appeared clean. Replaced the ignitor and ignitor gasket. Removed the top plate and cleaned the heat exchanger.
Appreciate any thoughts (OR contact info for a known expert in the Boston area!).

Has a combustion analysis been done?
What about cleaning or replacing the flame sensor?
