    I believe the two vert pipes off of the LLH do go to the AH. That AH has its own circ if I'm not mistaken. Both the supply and the return lines from the AH will be hot do to convection of hot water in the LLH. Check the Pump ij the AH.

    Answeres and questions

    1. Do I need a circulating pump and is that something that is doable at this stage
    2. I have been in the house 1 year Feb 2024 system installed 7 years ago
    3. Tech said that the pump was clogged on Tuesday, again was blowing cold air came back 2 days later and said that it is now burnt out so he changed it

    Have someone check the pump in the AH. Check if it's getting power during a call for heat. Then check if it's working. `If the pump is working the return will be significantly cooler than the supply. If you remove the cover of the AH you'll see the pump. If you remove the silver screw cap in the center of the pump you should see it spinning during a call for heat. You can spin it with a screw driver but if it's not spinning it's likely finished.

    look at the last link I posted, your manual,

    there is a circ inside the the top cover of the AH,

    did you try to shut off everything else and force water to AH like I wrote above

    I have not yet, will try tomorrow, I am also a little tentative as I don't want to mess anything up further but if you think this is a good idea and won't mess anything up I will try

    It is now determined that you DO HAVE a circulating pump for the air handler and it is living within the air handler………..so you do not need one. What you do need to determine if whether this pump is working properly and, if so, to determine how to eliminate any air that may be in the loop between the boiler and the air handler.
