Should I be concerned if my boiler is slightly tilted?
The pipes branch out toward the right of the boiler.

Well, the bubble is in the lines but the outer jacket can and often is a bit off both horizontally and vertically. So it shouldn't affect the performance of the boiler. Maybe try a longer level? If it was my boiler, come to think of it, my boiler has this bubble.

Checking for level and plumb via the boiler jacket is deceiving. You need to check for level and plumb on the boiler section.

Water in sight glass bouncing an inch(didnt happen last year). There's water in some of our vents even after swapping to new ones. Noticed it's running longer than last year and cycles are shorter than last year. Trying to figure out what can be the culprit.

What’s the operating pressure?
Why a valve on the condensate line?

Not really...We don't the best with can with cruddy slabs. You're checking the level of the jacket, really, not the block. I'll take a solid sitting boiler that has found a home that's not perfect than going crazy with shims. Mad Dog
