2nd flr steam radiater air vent leaking

2nd flr tenant saying her living rm & bebdroom cast iron steam radiater airvent leaking water, & making banging noise, i have worked at this tenant apt before , replacing air vents , but the banging noise & water leaking from air vent is new , any suggestion & recommendations to fully solve this issues ? boiler is in basement & is one pipe system.

    Try installing slower USA-made air vents on the tenant's radiators.

    You should also check pitch of the run-outs to the radiators, pressure setting on the boiler, piping configuration and water quality.

    1.5 psi pressure should be enough for 2 story bldg ? air vent size for 2nd flr ? the only access i have for the piping is in boiler room, can I flush boiler piping on riser , along with adjusting main pressure control also pitching radiater towards gate valve ? . tnx for the response
