HTP ELU system sensor install

So I'm dealing with a HTP ELU85 running DHW well as radiant heat. Problem is on real cold days the radiant falls short. The system currently relies on the boiler discharge temp. I want to add a system sensor at the radiant manifold. Sensor is installed but I can not add it to the regular program, so I need to switch to a cascade setup which I cannot do. the program will not allow me to access it. Can anyone help me with this? as you know HTP is very hard to get answers from.

Does the the system have ODR? If so seems like you could change the temp profile.

The system sensor is for multiple boilers in a cascade system.

As mentioned, you need to adjust the ODR curve.

There is no ODR. with the current setup when there is a high call all the pumps are on and the boiler will only discharge at set temp so its not keeping up. Temp at the manifold is way cooler than desired. System sensor is on the manifold. So can anyone tell me how to get the boiler to operate of the system sensor? You can only use system sensor on the cascade program on the HTP it seems.

Give us the model number of the boiler please. Id be surprised if ODR wasn’t an option. I’ve got a HTP UFT which I installed and the ODR works a treat. @Ironman is a pro who has installed many HTP system and really knows the ins and out of system configurations.

It is a HTP ELU85 and yes it has that option which is not installed but it will not solve the problem alone. I need control at the buffer.

Does that have 0-10v control? If you want to control the setpoint remotely, that might be the only way to do it on that model.
