Brasch Electroduct Electric Boiler

Is anyone familiar with this brand of electric boiler? I can't find anything on-line so they probably discontinued it. I want to replace it with a small condensing boiler. I sure would like to find a submittal and engineering data for the boiler. Thought I would throw this out there on the off-chance someone has information. Thanks!

First thing to do is to figure out just how big a boiler you need… that one you show is a pretty good size boiler.

At 840 MBH, I'm not sure a "small condensing boiler" is going to cut it.

It's weird. The pump motor is only 3/4hp series 60 B&G pump for all the terminal reheat coils. I estimate the pump to be about 80 GPM but that is assuming a 20 degree delta T. I rarely see flow and head on these little circulators. No drawings, no schedules…

At 840 MBH, that's about 21 btus/SF which is on the low side. I would expect at least 30 to 50 Btu/SF. We modeled the building in HAP and we can even get close to their utility bills when we try to calibrate the model. They don't have any closed loop chemicals so I have no idea what the inside of the boiler looks like. I am guessing the elements have a material amount of scale on them.
