In this weeks case, we inherited a building with lots of issues. Let's start with the heating. The system had 5 zone circulators with 5 wireless zone thermostats. It was an incredible complex control system for a relatively simple heating system. When we arrived Thursday afternoon, one thermostat wasnt communicating with the panel in the basement. We temporarily bypassed the zone control panel and wired the pump to run continuously. The weather forecast called for temps in the teens. Friday, more thermostats failed to communicate. The customer told us the system hadn't worked since it was installed. What would you do? I'll give you my solution Friday at 6am
