Can I set this pressuretrol lower
here’s a picture of my cut in and cut out pressuretrols (I think). My boiler is cutting out at just about 1.5 psi (see 3rd picture). Can I adjust these lower or do I need the ones that measure in ounces? Vaporstats I believe they are called.
I have an oversized boiler and don’t mind a cycle. Right now I can keep the house constant on 1 cycle but the pressure builds.

That is not a vapor stat but if the system heats ok with no banging and the air vents work you can leave it as is if it stays at 1 1/2 psi or less.
Not likely you can adjust that one any lower. For that you need to keep that old control and add a vapor stat.
If you add a vaporstat uses all brass fittings and pigtails (no black fittings they plug up). It is better if the vapor stat is connected to the boiler in a different location than the old control if you have a spare tapping. Safer that way.
You should remove that old control and make sure the fittings and pigtail are clear and clean every year or two.

No, that's as low as you can go with that style pressuretrol. However, unless this is a system which was designed for very low pressure (vapour) steam, and has been kept that way, there's no reason to go any lower. What you have is fine.
