Early 1900's Furnace Valve

Are there any specific businesses/supply houses that sell/resell old valves that would possibly have a replacement for this valve?

I have a technician who will install the part if I am able to find it, however he had little idea of where these might be sold.

you'd have to replace it with a modern combination valve which is not difficult for someone that knows what they are doing. that series 10 honeywell valve is probably from the 40's or so. the modern valve will replace the valve, the regulator, and the separate supply for the pilot and the pilot safety.

Is there any way for me to find the correct combination valve to replace this? Or do I just need to call more HVAC companies until someone with enough experience comes out and can recommend one?

someone that knows what they need to know to replace that valve and make sure it is burning correctly will know how to swap it with a combination valve

    Two things come to mind.

    1. With a valve that old, why would you want to put any money into a heater that old?
    2. What is your gas bill like?

40 years ago, I might have suggested a modern Combination valve like this

Today, Not so much. After you get that part on there and you find another bad part, where do you stop? $500.00, $1000.00, $2500,00. That money would be better spent as a down payment on a replacement heater that uses less gas to heat that building.

After you make that expensive repair and you still have the same problem, What will you check next?
