Hi,
I have an IBC SL 28 160 boiler and noticed that there is a decent amount of condensate dripping from the drain pipe. Below is a video. Is this normal? Do I need to service it?
Thanks!

It is either normal or the heat exchanger is leaking. If the boiler is holding pressure and not adding MU water then don't worry about it.
