"a natural gas 5 burner wall mount heater" is not enough information to give you an answer. I would answer where the gas comes into the burner(s). or Somewhere between the gas inlet and the flame
That is like asking "on a foreign made car, where do you find the gas cap?" Answer: That would be at the end the gas tank fill tube

After you make that expensive repair and you still have the same problem, What will you check next?

As you follow the gas line to the unit and come to the heater and look inside were the flame typically appears you will find some tubes (burners), the orifices are located back at the manifold that holds those burners.

If you can find an orifice blank to fit, and know the orifice size, you can drill out the hole and put it in.
