Power Purge oil line

Quoting @STEVEusaPA from a post I was reading - "First check the system for a vacuum leak, then power purge the fuel line."
I've had to do long bleeds after blowing back a fuel line or on stupid long overhead lines but maybe Steve is talking about a good technique I should know about.
