Fix for cut threads on my radiator bushing....
I was replacing the valve and cut the bushing threads slightly when cutting out the brass valve spud. I installed the new valve with Hercules Blue BLOCK sealant. When the heat came on it was leaking at the bushing.
Should I retry with more sealant and teflon tape? Or should I cut out the damaged bushing?

Wrap the valve with a high quality teflon tape; as much as you feel comfortable with. Apply sealant over tape and install. Don’t be an afraid to tighten to German “gudentite” standard.
Not sure how much time the Hercules need to set (if any). I’ve used rector seal 5 in similar situation and prefer to let cure before applying pressure.

Try @PC7060 's suggestion but be careful not to break the tabs inside the spud. If that fails you can try JB Weld on the inside of the bushing or just pie cut the bushing and snap it out and start over with a new bushing.
