the pump needs to be downstream of the expansion tank.
So in this drawing either move the pump up to the blue line after the expansion tank.
Or move the expansion tank connection to just above the pump where you have it in the drawing.

its a single zone. i placed the purple line on both floors as a reference. both floor branches out of the same loop.
ok i will measure the pressure loss on the weekend. ill keep you inform.
