RAY 200I BOILER FLAME FAILURE

I have a RAY 200i boiler, I live at 7,000 feet.
When the outside temperature stays below freezing the boiler will go in to alarm for flame failure and shut down.
I have replaced the flame detector rod and the control board for it.
It runs great during the spring, summer and fall, but when I drop below freezing for winter it goes into flame failure.

What is your fuel? LP? Oil? It sounds remarkably as though something is freezing up — for LP, it might be the regulator (there is supposed to be some methanol in the LP to absorb water, but… there might not be); if it's oil and the tank is outside or where it can get cold, it might just be that the oil is gelling. There is an additive for diesel which stops that, but it might not be in the heating oil you are getting.

So… what is the fuel? Tanks inside or outside?

If this is the boiler: https://wizard.youngsupply.com/files/182-o110101.pdf Mestek rAy Cast iron condensing boiler 200i it can run on LP or Natural Gas.

I agree with Jamie, sounds like a freezing situation, maybe water in the fuel line at a low point where it could freeze. Once in flame failure was the fuel availability verified ?
