Temperature setting for aquastat on steam boiler

hi

I have Weil McClain eg50 that has a hot water coil in it. I don’t use the coil for hot water on anymore, what temperature should I keep the aquastat at?

    Off. No need to maintain the boiler at any particular temperature — let the house thermostat run it in the usual way.

    Disconnect the two wires from the aquastat and tape them up or wire nut them separately.
