Only 3 T's I see. Everything else is a 90 or 45. The pic of the system is at the top of the post.

Pretty sure I'm just adding air now. Went through about 30 gallons in one zone and still bubbling in the 5 gallon bucket. Walking away...

No, not those Tees, but the ones that connect the risers from each individual baseboard to the main branch lines.

how are you adding "Air"? you don't have air bubbles at the kitchen sink, do you? are you on a well? with bad water flow?

sounds like you found your air in the system, and still need to let it out,

if you're stopping mid air bubblage in your bucket, then what ever progress you may have made might be undone by stopping and letting the air go back up your system to its high hiding spots,

keep forcing air till it stops bubbling and nothing but water comes from your purge hose,

I can't see the pipes. They are hidden and I don't feel like ripping the shield off the wall.

So this pipe is the culprit. It must run the dining room, kitchen, bathroom and 2 bedrooms...then who knows where it goes. It must t off from the main pipe that goes around the house. You can see in the bottom of the pic, the metal cover it is coming out of. That main pipe is hot. The pipe in the pic, cold. I've ran probably 50 plus gallons of water through each zone of this thing and still no luck. Calling a hvac tech Monday. Might as well have these valves replaced that are leaking now that I've moved them so much. Let them deal with it and bust out the wallet.
