Identify/Source a replacement solenoid coil (White-Rodgers Intelli-Vent)

I am looking to replace a solenoid on my HWH that overheats and prematurely closes the gas supply to the burner mid-cycle. The coil doesn't have any P/N or SKU codes on it, which makes it difficult to identify. It is for a Rheem HWH with the W-R Intelli-Vent controller, model AP13845A (37E73A-316). I've attached a few images of the coil.

Hoping someone knows if there's a part that will work for it; hate to have to blow $200-300 on a controller over a $10 part.

———————— troubleshooting details below ————————

The current coil "works", but only for about 8-9 minutes when it first calls for heat. After that, the flame will go out on the burner and will not reignite on the programmed reattempts. I have to manually turn off the HWH and wait 5 minutes to restart it when it'll ignite again, but drop out after 8-9 minutes.

That is a gas valve.  there are no serviceable parts inside of a gas valve.  Since you have opened it up, you have voided any safety feature that is built into that safety device, and any protection against failure of a catastrophic  nature (liker a Gas Explosion). Your insurance company may deny a claim that is related to such an occurrence.  Be safe… replace the entire part!

After you make that expensive repair and you still have the same problem, What will you check next?

Before you get too far — are you quite sure it is the coil overheating, and not getting overheated for some other reason? Check the voltage and current draw.

Did you check gas pressure and combustion air, especially through the screen to isolate the combustion chamber from any explosive vapors outside the appliance?
