Could you please listen to my video?

Too many variables to say for sure. Is that Resideo primary control original equipment?
If that is a replacement control, there are several ways to wire it, and several ways to program it.
If it is OEM, then I would look in one direction, If it is a replacement for a 3 wire Primary Control like the R8184G then I would look in a different direction.
Did your old original control look like this?

For more details on how the system is operating and wired, can you remove the control from the electrical connection box and shoot a picture of the wire connections, from at least 2 different vantage points. I would also like to see what kind of aquastat relay you are using? A picture of the wires inside that box with the cover off.

Two things come to mind with that very short operation of the motor.
- As soon as there is electricity to the orange (motor) terminal the system gets a short circuit and the primary control goes immediately into a shut down and restart mode. This would indicate that there may be a defect in the burner motor, or a piece of wire insulation that is causing a short circuit. After several tries, along with the vibration that is associates with those starts, the short circuit moves far enough apart to allow for normal operation.
- If the valve and ignition terminals are set for "no delay" then the short circuit could be in the valve or ignition circuit.
Are you trying to DIY this problem, or are your professional service techs unable to find the problem?
Ask ma how I know about this fix.

It's doing the same thing it did with the old primary? Bad 1K1 contact.

I had 3 primary's. The first one was boxey looking like the pic that I replaced 6 years ago with a Honeywell R7284U-1004. It required an additional 120volt hot lead to make it work ,but it worked for 5 straight years. I replaced this again last week thinking this was the problem. It's still doing it. I still have the old Honeywell R7284U-1004. I am doubtful that they are both bad.
I saved the old 7006U cad cell eye.
I intend to take pictures of the wiring and the aquastat.
Where do I find the 1k1 contact?

I just wanted to mention that I appreciate your help. I just got back from a 3 day trip, flipped the switch, and the oil burner fired right up. So confusing. I checked for a crushed wire under the ignitor. Sure enough a blue wire was smushed under the hinge...but not broken and the insulation was still perfect. I took some more pics, but my eyes are on the aquastat now. I should mention that I don't use the hot water function anymore. The b2 in the aquastat does not have a wire there. I tried unplugging the blue wire that says b and it immediately shut off. I guess I'll have to wait until it acts up again ......thank you again.

If this is a hot water system, the aquastat is still functional (as you have found out) — it controls how hot the hot water heat water is.
On that smushed wire. It may look fine, but if it were mine I'd replace it…
