The Crane Sunnyday at my mom's house. A few lengths of fin tube, a new tank and we're good to go. No leaks.

Trying to squeeze the best out of a Weil-McLain JB-5 running a 1912 1 pipe system.

    Take a look at the bushings on that 3 piece circulator. When it gets over oiled the oil spills out on the bushings then the bushings soften and it gets misaligned which damages the shaft coupling and the bearings.

    Yep. We check those annually. There's 3 circs on the system. That's the oldest one. I think it's original.

    That's mid 50's? it looks a bit older but I could believe otherwise.
