Compression tank: galvanized or painted?

Replacing a old Thrush compression (no bladder) tank. I believe it's plain steel. Any issues with going with a galvanized tank? Or should I just go like for like.
Thanks!

don’t screw copper directly to galvanized metal. No glycol allowed in galvanized metal.
Does the tank have air tube fitting into it? B&G Airtrol as an example? An air purge fitting on the boiler?
Why not a diaphragm tank at a fraction the size and cost?

Hat's off to Quality Tanks! Got my tank in ONE DAY after the local distributor said 3-5 days and "we don't sell a lot of those, just get it from the manufacturer". Sweet little 8 gal. tank.
