LNG TO FUEL A HAUCK STARJET BURNER

Can anyone tell me LNG get converted back to vapor before being fired in a Hauck Starjet Burner at an Asphalt Hotmix Plant?

Not an expert, but since LNG is kept in its liquid state by cooling it, it would simply need to be warmed up to turn it back into its gaseous state. See:

All "liquid" fuels have to be converted to a gas — vapour — before burniing. Even Bunker C. Some are easier than others! All you have to do with LP is drop the pressure on it. In an LP gas tank the vapour is in equilibrium with the liquid at a pressure well above atmospheric (at atmospheric pressure the propane part of the mix boils at -40, the butane at freezing — 32). Then the vapour goes through a regulator (sometimes two stages) which reduces the pressure to something manageable… and on to the burners.
