Got a Dunkirk gas converter boiler model DCC-150 installed 3 years ago boiler is on but not responding to hot water or heat and not displaying any error code. Apparently is the switch board that is not functioning. Any idea or replacement and pricing? Has anyone encounter and issue with Dunkirk?

Your hearing hoof beats and thinking Zebras when you should be thinking horses. It may not be the main circuit board and you might be spending money that you didn't need to. What do you mean that the "boiler is on"? We need some clarification.

You need someone in there that has the training to make a proper diagnosis, I think.

I have never encountered a boiler, yet, that didn't have issues at one time or another. That's how I make my money, battling boilers with issues. But, I know what you mean.

What you’re describing may be a bad circulator, it may be air bound or any number of issues.

As others have said, you need a competent hydronic tech to diagnose it.
