Sometimes you gotta break a few eggs to make an omelet. This will get resolved and HeatingHelp will be even better than it was before.
The old editor was not great. The new editor is better, just one minor bug.
Years ago I was a project manager in information technology. Software upgrades were always an adventure.

For anyone tired of technology, here is a picture of my old low-tech boiler.

I made a remark about no control of image size. I'm old-fashioned and think in pixels (or points). Last week I could not find a control. Today I find small medium and large; also float left/center/right; and a place for ALT text. Here's the image I could not post nice (now nice); and a snap of our current options.

I notice the new version of the text box somehow as you are typing makes the browser decide the stuff you have already typed isn't stuff you have typed so the browser stops spell checking the first part while you are continuing to type.

After you make that expensive repair and you still have the same problem, What will you check next?

I had that happen to me several times, the last time they updated the website. Since then, I type my comments on a document file like Word or Google Docs. They have a better spell check so it also helps me to say what I mean and not what I type. Then I Copy and Paste it in the comment …and you don't loose it if there is a glitch
