Food grade steam

I have been watching / reading a lot of info about steam being used in Breweries. Thank you @RayWohlfarth . But I have always wondered if there is a standard for food grade steam?
Proofers in bakeries, bagel shops and brewing etc. come in contact with steam from a boiler. What I have seen inside boilers in my day hasn't been very appetizing.
Is there such a thing as food grade steam?

In the pharmaceutical world, you can use a sst boiler, with sst welded pipes. Or, an ordinary cast iron boiler operating at high pressure that goes thru a heat exchanger aka clean steam generator. The clean side of the heat exchanger has purified water that is converted into clean steam to go to the drug manufacturing or autoclave.
