What do you think of this boiler system (good or bad) and HTP's reliability?
Are there any difficulties getting parts or doing repairs?

DO NOT BUY HTP PRODUCTS! If you do, you will wish you hadn't. They fail prematurely and the manufacturer does not stand behind their products.

I have a UFT 100. Once I figured out it came with a piece of clear tape over the piece of CPVC for the exhaust that it came with I have had 0 problems with it. @Ironman installs plenty of them and has few problems. If they were refusing the warranty the damage was likely caused by the installation.

I am also quite pleased with the UFT-80. It had programming issues when it first was introduced in 2015 but the manufacturer worked directly with me to resolve them. The unit would modulate down very slowly and could not keep up with the change in DT so it would shutdown on limit rather quickly. After they increased the response time significantly, the unit would NOT shutdown on limit even if two of three zones were instantly shutdown. They also increased the shutdown point from 7F over setpoint to 12F over setpoint.

I have it setup perfectly now and it runs steadily without shutdown for six months!

I provided them minute by minute temperature response from a cold start.

They took the data and did the right thing!!

@teddell, this forum is for troubleshooting problems and helping one another. If you have a specific heating problem, bring it here and we can work together. I get it that you're frustrated, but all three of your posts so far have been yelling about HTP. Either let us help you work on a solution or take it up with HTP customer service. Do not resurrect old discussions just to complain about and disparage manufacturers. It may feel good in the moment, but it's not going to solve your problem and it's going to get you kicked off this site.
