492 gallons of feed water. You are reading it upside down. And the water feeder does not have the ability to turn your boiler on or off0

I'd have to go find my manual, but I have a recollection somewhere that the VXT will lock out if it senses too much water being fed in too short a time -- and since 492 gallons is about what a residential boiler installed in 1890 might have used by now, if all is well, it may have done that -- and the low water cutout is likely what is keeping your boiler from firing.
You have a problem, but it's not the VXT feeder. That's just the messenger.Br. Jamie, osb

Hello @nytech28,
26h or 26 HEX is one of the many error messages that you are reading the display upside down. Seriously, if it is 'stuck', maybe it is just glitched. Power it down for a minute or so then see how it behaves. See if it will reset to Zero and work properly.
