Hi - Thanks in advance.

My Weil-McLain CGi-4 90000 BTU Natural Gas Boiler with Saf-T Vent EZ Seal direct vent out side of my home is making a strange noise moments after firing.

Does anyone know how to diagnose or prevent the sound?

    I can check on the combustion analysis @Ironman

    Also, I included a video for reference as it might help with diagnosing the issue (The link from google at the top).

    If they say it was done, ask for the printout with the numbers.
