quality electric panel radiators

General question. I'm in search of quality electric panel radiators. These would be for permanent installation not as back up or simple space heating. I'm in the proposal stage of a conversion from a poorly engineered hydronic system to a staged electric conversion. By that I mean abandoning one zone at a time and converting to high mass panels with individual control. I'm having a hard time finding the aesthetics I'm looking for or the control I'm looking for.

If not, is there a hydronic equivalent to what you are looking for in terms aesthetics?

OP didn't ask and she may not like the look but I find ceiling height heaters more satisfying.
