Navien Combi Heat Exchanger Replacement

Hi All,
The heat exchanger on my Navien combi boiler may be leaking. Wondering how long it takes to replace it. Also wondering how long it takes to replace the entire unit in case Navien send a whole new unit.

    I had one last year that began leaking 3 months after the installation. Navien approved a replacement unit. The replacement began leaking from almost the exact same spot 3 months later! 

    The best thing you can do is replace it with something not made by Navien.

    Agree. They have issues.

    Took the guys a couple hours to do the job if anyone in the future needs to know.
