Hot water temp scalding hot

in Radiant Heating
New boiler recently put in and now my water is scalding hot .  Boiler smells hot at times.  are they connected. Or is there just maybe a problem with water heater.

    What’s the mixing valve set for?

    Do you have an indirect tank? Tankless coil, combi boiler?
    every type if system should have accurate temperature control. Got a pic we can see?
