Bleed Valve Help

I have baseboard heat. One of the radiators does not have a bleed valve. On the end of the radiator (where the bleed valve are on the other radiators). There is an area that looks like you could screw something in. There is also a small ball inside of the hole. Is it possible that this is a bleed valve?

Can't tell what that is. Could have been a balancing valve possibly broken.0

Possibly but I wouldn’t mess with it until Monday.0
