Triangle Tube Prestige 110 noise

Boiler shut down. Restart making noise inside unit like a bad fan. Put unit in in 2008. Wondering if it's a fan bearing, and if it is, how difficult to replace. I retired several years ago and don't think I want to hear the wife screaming when I say I think Ill fix it myself. Living in Staten Island.

Is there a question in there?Bob Boan
You can choose to do what you want, but you cannot choose the consequences.0 -
Sorry, I running around trying to do a dozen things at once before the wife gets back home.
Yes, I am looking for a contractor familiar with this boiler. I've always done install work but not service. And at 74 I'm not looking to try it. I posted here in hopes of finding one in my area or close by.

Fan, venturi or both. Find good Triangle tube boiler mechanic in your area. Make sure boiler combustion chamber and tubes are cleaned out while at it otherwise you will ruin what you have already done. Just fyi, boiler is at or near end of life. 15 yrs is pretty close to their lifespan. So could be putting good money before bad. ( could be opposite, phrase always messes with my head).1

If it wasn't so frustrating it would be funny. It's been running every day since install because it feeds the indirect water tank ... so it could have died in the middle of summer, but it chose a Friday on a really cold day with a snow storm expected tomorrow. Go figure. 🥴0

No supply houses in my area stock the blower kit. Luckily GPS told me contact the area distributor, and they had the kit. Drove up to Clifton and picked it up. Looks like I'll be doing it myself after all. I would have hired a contractor to do it, but none even close to me. And it's Friday with a storm coming ... plus the supply houses didn't have the part in stocks. Soo the wife is pissed ... again.0

I had one of those a couple of years ago (think it was the same boiler) it was the only one I worked on. The fan blades were shattered. Had a hard time getting it apart some of the screws were almost impossible to get at. Finally got it apart on a Saturday night. Supply houses all closed,
and no one had it in stock.
I was happy because I had an "important job" Monday and a co-worker finished it up.1
