Hi, so I have a 2a-700a fuel oil filter.

    When you clean your house what is one of the items you use?

    Not to worry. The pump is pulling some suction, to be sure -- but nowhere near a 40 psi differential (the absolute maximum it could be is 15 psi). The pump does add pressure as the oil goes through it -- that's what it is supposed to do, but that doesn't affect the intake.
