Janitrol Fan not Turning

Hello. I have a Janitrol Model UCS50-55. The fan blades have stopped turning. I just get a loud hum. I turned by hand and it worked for an hour. I put a shot of WD 40 and it turned so good. For about an hour. Now won't turn. Any ideas on what is wrong and how can it be fixed? Is it the capacitor or the motor?

Probably not the capacitor if you can't turn the motor over by hand. It's probably the motor.0

if i won't turn with the power off by hand then a bearing is seized.
I would pull the blower and take it apart before ordering a new motor to make sure something didn't get loose and bind up.0
